Debora Garcia Zalisnak, MD

Dr. Debora Garcia Zalisnak is a board certified comprehensive ophthalmologist and cornea specialist. She is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico where she received the honor of Summa Cum laude. After passing her medical boards and placing in the top 1% of the nation, she moved to Virginia to attend Eastern Virginia Medical School for her ophthalmology residency, serving her last year as chief resident. She then pursued a fellowship in cornea and external diseases of the eye at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Dr. Garcia Zalisnak is experienced in treating diseases of the cornea and in performing complex cataract surgery, including laser cataract surgery and premium lens implants. She is a diplomate of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery as well as a member of the prestigious honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha. Dr. Garcia Zalisnak also received the honor of being named one of Phoenix Top Docs for 2021. She has published extensively on the subjects of dry eyes, keratoconus and corneal scarring, among others.

Dr. Garcia Zalisnak is originally from Puerto Rico and is fluent in both English and Spanish. She prides herself in being an advocate for her patients and when she is not seeing patients she enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her husband, son, daughter and two dogs.

Sarah Marietta, OD

Doctor Sarah Marietta is a residency trained optometrist. She grew up in the Atlanta area and graduated from Shorter University with her Bachelors of Science degree. She received her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Alabama- Birmingham, graduating Cum Laude and as a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society.

Upon graduation, Dr. Marietta completed a residency in ocular disease at the VA hospital in Memphis, TN. After completing her residency, she joined a private practice providing comprehensive medical and vision care for 5 years before relocating to the Phoenix area with her family.

In her free time, Dr. Marietta enjoys spending time with her husband and their twins hiking, swimming, and traveling.

Paige Mohl, OD

Dr. Paige Mohl is originally from Anchorage, Alaska. She received her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Moving to Texas, Dr. Mohl attended the University of Houston College of Optometry and graduated Summa Cum laude. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa honor society and received multiple accolades including clinical letters of excellence and the VSP/AAOF practice excellence award of 2022.

Dr. Mohl is experienced in diagnosing and managing diseases of the eye. She completed internships at the Albuquerque VA Medical Center and a well-established, full-scope private practice in Plano, TX that specializes in ocular disease and specialty contact lenses. She provides comprehensive eye care, with special interests including dry eye disease, ocular disease, and cataract pre- and post-op management. Dr. Mohl strives to provide the highest standard of care and prides herself in creating a warm, welcoming environment for all her patients.

When Dr. Mohl is not in the office, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and a good game of ultimate frisbee.
